Job summary

Lincoln Electric’s Marketing Internship Program invites students to join the Marketing Communications & Campaign team for a 11-week summer experience. You will support real-world campaigns, content development, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive brand initiatives.

You'll work with marketing, digital, product, sales, and creative teams to organize materials, coordinate projects, and help translate technical inputs into clear marketing copy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit marketing content for campaigns, email, social media, product promotions, and partner communications.
• Support campaign execution by organizing assets, tracking deliverables, and coordinating reviews.
• Translate product or technical inputs into clear marketing copy for specific audiences.
• Assist with basic digital content updates for web, eCommerce, and campaign pages.
• Organize campaign assets, product content, images, and files for easy team access.
• Light digital asset management, including tagging, cleanup, and quality checks.
• Pull basic campaign data and summarize key takeaways.
• Prepare a final project recap or content toolkit at internship end.
