Job summary

Start Early Washington is seeking a Manager of Marketing & Communications to lead internal and external communications, raise awareness of SEWA's work, and engage practitioners, policymakers, advocates, and funders across multi-channel campaigns. This role can be fully remote but must reside in Washington state.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Must reside in Washington State and comfortable with remote work.
• 5 years in digital execution and content marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing/editing across digital channels and CMS.
• Experience with marketing automation and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience-appropriate messaging across internal and external channels.
• Create blog posts, newsletters, web copy, and bios.
• Manage SEWA social media and email campaigns.
• Coordinate branding, assets, and supporter communications.
• Collaborate with policy, development, and operations teams; support events.
