Job summary

Wing is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize email campaigns, manage lists, track performance, and integrate CRM/MarTech stacks. This remote role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and strong data hygiene practices.

You will design lifecycle programs, implement triggered flows, coordinate with design/content teams, and mentor junior staff while delivering ROI-focused campaigns for a US-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or marketing/business certification.
• 2+ years in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with design tools and basic layouts preferable.
• Able to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy simple drip or nurture email campaigns.
• Maintain subscriber lists/databases; ensure data hygiene.
• Assist with tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaign parameters).
• Monitor automation performance metrics: open rates, click-through, conversions.
• Troubleshoot basic issues in emails and automations.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for templates and assets.
• Design and manage lifecycle automation programs (welcome, retention, upsell).
• Implement and optimize drip/triggered flows based on user behavior.
• Integrate CRM/MarTech with analytics and web events.
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements for ROI and revenue uplift.
• Mentor junior staff on best automation practices.
