Job summary

Wing is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize email automations and lifecycle programs. You will maintain data quality, tag campaigns, and collaborate with design and content teams to deliver effective email experiences.

The role requires strong copywriting and analytics, with 2+ years in digital marketing. This remote position supports US hours and offers career growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or marketing/business certification.
• 2+ years in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2 level).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design.
• Experience with Adobe design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch/InDesign).
• Portfolio of creative work across projects.
• Able to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy drip or nurture email campaigns.
• Maintain subscriber lists and data hygiene.
• Assist with tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaigns).
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions).
• Troubleshoot issues in emails and automation.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for assets.
• Design and manage lifecycle automation programs.
• Implement and optimize drip/triggered flows.
• Integrate CRM/data platforms with other tools.
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior staff on automation practices.
• Define automation/martech roadmap for the company.
• Lead cross-departmental personalization projects.
• Regularly audit and optimize workflows with ROI focus.
