Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Marketing Assistant to support Prospect Future with operations, content development, reporting, website updates, and client coordination. The role emphasizes writing, organization, and resourcefulness, and offers growth into Google Ads management and client communication as the agency expands.

This hybrid position near Fort Collins involves partnering with the Founder and cross-functional teams to drive campaigns, proposals, and internal initiatives, with future leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional writing skills are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
• Highly resourceful and proactive, able to move work forward independently.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with data and reporting.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable across tasks.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Experience with task management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client communication, meeting prep, follow-up, and documentation.
• Support client calls and progressively take the lead as responsibilities expand.
• Assist with proposals and sales calls, taking structured notes and preparing next steps.
• Develop understanding of full-funnel strategy to support future account responsibilities.
• Learn and manage Google Ads setup, structure, and optimization.
• Build dashboards and prepare performance summaries for client calls.
• Write content for websites, emails, proposals, and internal communications.
• Support website content planning, updates, and announcements.
• Maintain and refine spreadsheets for reporting and internal organization.
• Create client performance reports and data summaries.
• Assist with analytics to ensure accuracy and readability.
• Organize tasks in ClickUp, assist with swag, events, and logistics.
• Follow up on small tasks to keep projects moving.
