• Draft marketing materials including communications, press releases, campaign messaging, and announcements.
• Prepare agendas and supporting materials for internal meetings and client meetings.
• Coordinate scheduling of production and marketing team meetings.
• Assist with outreach efforts for partnerships, guests, or collaborations and track status.
• Maintain documentation and assets across Drive and ClickUp for easy access by the team.
• Prepare briefing materials for guests or collaborators ahead of recordings or events.
• Organize assets, notes, and supporting materials for recordings, events, or content releases.
