Job summary

Muzazco Official is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Insights Developer to design dashboards, analyze marketing data, and deliver insights that drive growth. You will partner with marketing teams to create reporting solutions and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, analyzing performance, and ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in SQL, SAC, and Tableau
• Knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journey, attribution models
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing dashboards and reports.
• Create dashboard wireframes and reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain SAC dashboards and stories.
• Analyze marketing performance and identify trends.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and report quality.
• Collaborate with data engineers to improve data warehouse performance.
• Develop KPI definitions, data catalogs, and user documentation.
• Present insights to business users and explain concepts clearly.
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and incident management.
