Job summary

Zoom's Marketing Analytics team within IT partners with the CMO organization to translate marketing data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, define measurement frameworks, and translate complex findings into executive-ready recommendations that guide campaign performance and attribution.

You will collaborate with marketing stakeholders to analyze customer behavior, funnel metrics, and optimization opportunities, delivering data-driven guidance for strategy and budget decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and querying.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Experience performing statistical analysis using Python or R; JavaScript for dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics across channels.
• Conduct analyses on customer behavior, funnel conversion, and attribution to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with marketing teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategy and budget.
• Analyze experiments and ad-hoc requests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and outcomes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
