Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed partner, is seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Contractor based in the United States for a 6-8 month, 40-hour-week engagement. This role is remote across the US and involves project-based analytics work within marketing programs.

You will develop dashboards, define KPIs and data sources, validate data quality, and translate findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Expect collaboration with marketing, fundraising, technology, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
• Experience with dashboards, reports, and data governance.
• Ability to translate questions into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports for national and regional programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, data sources, and reporting schedules.
• Analyze marketing performance and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support CRM, email, web analytics, paid media, social media, and fundraising data efforts.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation for accurate reporting.
• Create data dictionaries, glossaries, and SOPs for data governance.
• Gather requirements and coordinate deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Take on additional marketing data projects as priorities evolve.
