Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience with marketing CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Experience developing campaigns with defined KPIs and measurement plans.
• Knowledge of digital channels: web, social, email, paid media, content, AI marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, and CMS; paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital marketing assets (emails, ads, forms, landing pages, workflows).
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies; coordinate with internal teams to achieve acquisition goals.
• Manage paid media placements; monitor performance and optimize results.
• Lead and track campaigns using PM tools; ensure smooth execution from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with external vendors to align objectives and performance.
• Measure marketing effectiveness using attribution and analytics tools.
• Present data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
• Support development of direct reports and align team objectives.
• Use AI marketing tools to improve efficiency and share learnings.
