Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 6–8 years in advanced analytics, BI, data science, or a related role.
• Expert-level SQL with complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and data modeling.
• Strong Python programming and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn).
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, governance, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
• Hands-on BI/dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analytics lead for Commercial, Finance, Operations, and related functions.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize analytics investments and measure outcomes.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to improve data quality and pipelines.
• Translate analyses into clear narratives and data-driven recommendations.
