Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), major paid media platforms, and CRM integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to run A/B testing programs, track multi-channel analytics, and optimize digital ad budgets to hit key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute, optimize, and manage email marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
• Monitor, report, and optimize multi-channel performance with real-time dashboards and insights.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign milestones and deliverables.
