Welcome.US is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Contractor to lead email marketing execution, lifecycle journeys, and paid media campaigns. The role focuses on optimizing multi-channel performance and driving engagement for a national audience, with a flexible remote arrangement in the U.S.

Responsibilities include building and deploying campaigns in Pardot, managing budgets, performing A/B tests, and delivering dashboards that quantify growth and impact for supporters and partners.

Formación

• 4–7+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth campaigns.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), major paid media platforms, and CRM integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to run A/B testing programs, track multi-channel analytics, and optimize digital ad budgets to hit key metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, optimize, and manage email marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
• Monitor, report, and optimize multi-channel performance with real-time dashboards and insights.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign milestones and deliverables.
