Job summary

CrucialPoint is seeking an operations-focused contractor to partner with the founder, rolling out and running processes across CrucialPoint and Symby. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role that turns defined workflows into repeatable systems.

You’ll manage the weekly delivery rhythm, track capacity, onboard new clients and team members, and flag issues early with proposed fixes. The role is remote, aligned to Mountain Time, 35–45 USD/hour, part-time to full-time with a 90-day milestone.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running operations, project delivery at a marketing or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows; not required to be an email expert.
• Proficiency with process documentation and systems.

Responsibilities

• Turn defined processes into working systems: ClickUp structure, templates, checklists, SOPs, cadences
• Run the weekly delivery rhythm: what’s due, who owns it, what’s slipping, what’s blocked
• Keep the team on process and on schedule
• Track capacity across the team
• Own onboarding for new clients and new team members so it’s consistent every time
• Flag early when something isn’t working, with a proposed fix
