Job summary

New York Life is seeking a Market Administrator to support the Group Benefit Solutions Sales and Client Management teams in a fully remote capacity. You will assist with presale activities, RFP/RFI submissions, proposal coordination, and data management in Salesforce to ensure timely, accurate responses to brokers and clients.

You will also help manage calendars, coordinate communications across Sales, Underwriting and Proposal teams, and support onboarding for new sales staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in presale, proposal management, or administrative support roles is preferred.
• Health and Life License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP/RFI presale process, including submission coordination and timeline tracking.
• Scrub and submit RFPs to Underwriting for rating and gather required proposal information.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and meeting invitations related to proposal activity and sales opportunities.
• Enter and maintain account and opportunity information within Salesforce.
• Coordinate proposal questions and collect responses from subject matter experts.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding new Sales Representatives and Account Executives.
• Serve as backup support for other Market Administrators as needed.
