Deep Eddy Vodka is seeking a Market Manager/Senior Analyst to execute in-market and distributor-led initiatives across Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, and Flagstaff. The role involves leading local distributor sales teams, training staff, and ensuring brand policies and distribution objectives are met.

You will spend four days in the field and one day on planning and reporting, while building relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts and presenting brand programs to drive volume.

Responsabilidades

• Managing distributors on a day to day basis, ensuring adherence to brand policies and distribution objectives.
• Training distributor salespeople, observing market activity and evaluating distributor execution.
• Supporting Regional Manager as a direct report; four in-field days per week and one planning/administration day.
• Meeting with key on- and off-premise accounts to develop relationships.
• Presenting and leveraging our brands to increase volume and assist distributors in achieving goals.
• Be visible at distributor offices and ensure share of mind with sales teams.
• Aligning with local events and national initiatives in the market.
• Acting as primary contact for distributor sales teams and supporting all sales activities.
• Executing product seminars at accounts and with distributor teams.
• Providing National Account Mandate compliance updates as required.
• Staying informed of customer and consumer trends.
• Maintaining calendar of activities and promotions with distributors and third-party agencies.
• Providing monthly market activity reports to Regional Manager including objectives and competitive activity.
• Providing market and competitive brand updates to supervisor with timely communication of field conditions.
• Reviewing programs with distributor management and giving feedback on marketing/sales initiatives.
• Participating in special projects such as verifying pricing and distribution at accounts.
