Job summary

Eastman Industrial Supply, Inc. seeks an experienced Marketing leader to drive the activation of brands and the value chain for coated paper articles and flexible packaging in food service and CPG industries. Role requires up to 30% travel and openness to remote work.

You will develop market strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and coach Sales while tracking launch effectiveness and growth metrics within Eastman’s CASE division.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product management roles.
• 5+ years launching new products in relevant markets (preferred).
• 5+ years in marketing in the paper value chain (preferred).
• Strong business and marketing acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop Addressable Market Maps and offers through cross-functional teams.
• Lead front end discovery to articulate where to play and how to win in prioritized markets.
• Determine the best path for initiatives surfaced from market strategy; develop plans and execute.
• Lead or support growth projects using the EBME framework for strategic choices.
• Establish and track metrics to ensure post-launch impact and adjust as needed.
• Enter new opportunities into Leads Management (SFDC) for tracking.
