American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a remote Specialized Travel Consultant to book and manage marine and corporate travel from home. You will coordinate domestic and international itineraries, advise clients, and ensure compliance with travel policies while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes proactive service, strong communication, and collaboration with team members to hit account-specific goals and KPIs in a 24/7 Traveler Care environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel (preferably marine business travel) and understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel.
• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs.
• Native GDS expertise (Amadeus).
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in travel arrangements.
• Act with integrity and protect personal traveler information.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry (marine/business/leisure travel).
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for marine and corporate business customers.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel (air, rail, hotel, car).
• Use Amadeus GDS for bookings and ticketing.
