Qualifications
- Experience in travel (marine travel preferred) and fares/ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel.
- Proactive client service with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Native GDS expertise (Amadeus).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and integrity with traveler information.
- Knowledge of marine/business/leisure travel or airline reservations.
Responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for marine and corporate customers.
- Book domestic and international travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations.
- Utilize Amadeus GDS to issue tickets and manage itineraries.
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email and back office systems.
- Act as trusted advisor by offering travel solutions and policy-compliant services.
- Collaborate with team to meet account goals and service metrics.
