American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Specialized Travel Consultant to book marine and corporate travel from home in the United States. You’ll collaborate with a team to provide timely, high-quality travel solutions and exceptional service.

The role uses Amadeus GDS to arrange flights, hotels, and ground transport while ensuring compliance with client policies. You will work in a 24/7 Traveler Care unit, supporting flexible shifts, weekend coverage, and a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, preferably marine business travel.
• Excellent client service with proactive problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for marine and corporate customers.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and hotels.
• Utilize Amadeus GDS to issue tickets and manage itineraries.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Act as trusted advisor to meet policy and client needs.
• Collaborate in a 24/7 Traveler Care team to hit metrics.
