Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking specialized travel consultants to book and manage marine and corporate travel for US-based clients. Work from home in a high-touch service environment, collaborating with a team to provide timely, creative travel solutions and exceptional service.

You will handle domestic and international travel bookings across air, rail, and hotel, using Amadeus GDS, while protecting traveler information and adhering to company policy.

Qualifications

• Previous travel industry experience, preferably marine travel
• Excellent client service and proactive needs anticipation
• Native Amadeus GDS experience
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and data privacy
• Integrity and discretion with traveler information
• Understanding of travel industry across marine/business/leisure travel
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and independently
• Strong teamwork and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for marine and corporate clients
• Book domestic and international business travel (air, rail, hotel)
• Utilize Amadeus GDS to issue tickets and manage itineraries
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Act as a trusted advisor and upsell services within policy
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and service metrics
