Qualifications
- Previous travel experience, marine or corporate travel preferred.
- Passion for client service and proactive needs anticipation.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and integrity in handling traveler information.
- Understanding of travel industry and fare/ticketing basics.
- Ability to meet team and account-specific goals.
Responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for marine and corporate customers.
- Arrange and book domestic and international travel (air, road, rail, hotels).
- Use Amadeus GDS for bookings.
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems.
- Act as trusted advisor and upsell services within travel policy.
