Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a remote Specialised Travel Consultant to serve marine and corporate clients. You will arrange domestic and international travel, leverage Amadeus GDS, and communicate clearly by phone, chat, and email while upholding travel policies.

Provide proactive advisory, look after traveler information, and work with colleagues to meet KPIs. The role supports 24/7 operations with flexible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, preferably marine business travel and fares/ticketing rules.
• Proactive, excellent client service.
• GDS experience: Amadeus
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of marine, business, leisure travel.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for marine and corporate customers.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, hotel.
• Use Amadeus GDS for reservations.
• Communicate effectively via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems.
• Act as trusted advisor and upsell services per policy.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and KPIs.
