GE Vernova’s Power Conversion business seeks a Marine Services Application Engineer to lead technical proposals and cost estimates for Marine Services, guiding the portfolio from inquiry to order. You will interface with sales, manage engineering teams, and optimize technical solutions in propulsion, power management, and automation.

Required are 8+ years in relevant engineering fields, maritime solution delivery experience, and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of technical experience in controls, automation, power electronics, or power management.
• Experience delivering maritime technical solutions (Offshore, Merchant, US Navy, US Coast Guard).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical proposals and cost estimates for Marine Services solutions.
• Interface with sales management to present competitive technical value propositions.
• Lead engineering teams to develop accurate solutions across propulsion, power management, controls, and automation.
• Collaborate with sourcing to engage 3rd party partners and optimize margins.
• Support customer meetings to demonstrate solution differentiation and business value.
