Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with relevant commissioning experience in automation/DP systems.
• Experience in offshore or remote environments and willingness to travel up to 85% of the time.
• Ability to work autonomously and mentor junior staff in field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system commissioning of Marine Automation and DP systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software failures in high-pressure environments.
• Serve as technical lead for on-site execution and coordinate junior engineers and contractors.
• Integrate Power Management Systems with automation platforms for load-sharing performance.
• Provide clear technical briefings to vessel crews, shipyards, and superintendents.
