Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Manufacturing Technology Leader to advance iso insulation board manufacturing in ISO facilities. You will design and optimize equipment, improve quality and efficiency, and lead technical improvements across production lines.

This role demands deep engineering experience, strong problem solving, and collaboration with teams. Travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites is required, with a focus on safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of isocyanurate machinery experience.
• Experience with capital project execution, installation & commissioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites.
• Visits may occur during plant shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement new isocyanurate insulation foam machinery and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues related to equipment and processes.
• Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain technical documentation and records of equipment, processes and improvements.
• Research and maintain a library of equipment technology and suppliers.
• Provide technical assistance and training to production personnel.
• Support the value streams for each business functionally to ensure collaboration and issue resolution.
