Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Engineering and Operations talent—Building Envelope Manufacturing, ready to contribute to high-performing plant operations across a distributed North American network. You will lead or support projects spanning safety, quality, efficiency, and capital upgrades with a strong emphasis on reliability and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring a mechanical/industrial engineering background and a track record of implementing Lean and structured problem-solving within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 2–15+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, CI, or process engineering experience.
• Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong safety-first mindset and passion for structured problem-solving.
• Curiosity, accountability and drive to improve plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead plant operations to achieve safety, quality, production efficiency, OEE, and cost goals.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes, reliability programs and equipment strategies.
• Partner across production, quality, maintenance and engineering to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Execute or support capital planning, equipment installation, commissioning, and project management.
• Apply structured problem-solving to eliminate recurring issues.
