Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is looking for a Manufacturing Technology Leader to enhance the polyisocyanurate insulation board manufacturing process within the company.

This position involves designing and developing new machinery, resolving production issues, and conducting training for personnel. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, and possess extensive experience in isocyanurate machinery and project execution.

The role offers remote work options across several states and provides competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of directly related isocyanurate machinery experience.
• Experience with capital project execution, installation & commissioning.
• Be willing to travel as needed up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the polyisocyanurate insulation board manufacturing process.
• Design, implement new isocyanurate insulation foam machinery.
• Provide technical assistance and training to production personnel.
