Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Leader to advance the polyiso insulation board manufacturing process across ISO facilities. You will design and implement new isocyanurate machinery and processes, drive quality improvements and efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams.

You will travel up to 50% to plant and supplier sites, bring deep technical knowledge, and mentor production personnel while upholding health, safety and environmental standards as a top priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 12 years of isocyanurate machinery experience.
• Experience with capital project execution, installation and commissioning.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new isocyanurate insulation machinery and processes.
• Identify and resolve production issues with equipment and processes.
• Analyze and improve existing processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain technical documentation of equipment and improvements.
• Visit equipment suppliers to support new equipment construction.
