Job summary

Placements24 seeks a dedicated Recruitment Consultant for the manufacturing sector in a fully remote role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for production, engineering, quality, and supply chain roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting fits to clients worldwide.

You will build client relationships, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure smooth onboarding, leveraging ATS and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment with a focus on manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Ability to source and place candidates in production, engineering, operations, or quality roles.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its key roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with online recruitment tools and ATS.
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Proactive in business development and client engagement.
• A relevant qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing and operations roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant industry experience.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (video/phone), and assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding manufacturing needs.
• Provide candidates with information about roles, companies, and processes.
• Utilize recruitment databases and platforms to identify and track potential candidates.
• Stay informed about trends in the manufacturing sector and talent market.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Ensure accurate data management within the ATS.
