Placements24 seeks a dedicated Recruitment Consultant for the manufacturing sector in a fully remote role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for production, engineering, quality, and supply chain roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting fits to clients worldwide.

You will build client relationships, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure smooth onboarding, leveraging ATS and online platforms.

Qualifications

You will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and placing skilled professionals within manufacturing and operations. This includes identifying talent for roles such as production managers, engineers, quality control specialists, and supply chain professionals.
