New Belgium Brewing Company Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Site Lead to steer performance-improvement strategies at the Asheville site. You will collaborate with production managers and be part of the site leadership team to drive lean Six Sigma initiatives and enterprise projects.

You’ll develop and align site-level objectives, monitor KPI dashboards, and report progress to the Manufacturing Excellence group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, or operations management roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify improvement opportunities and measure results.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools is desired.
• Proven experience in facilitating focused improvement problem solving is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritise initiatives, and execute plans to achieve goals.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives at the brewery leveraging lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Implement internal operational processes to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately.
• Operationalize outcomes from completed projects to ensure long term results and standardization.
• Coordinate ongoing collaboration efforts to engage cross-division stakeholders in user groups, change management, and continuous improvement feedback for enterprise initiatives and platforms.
• Drive the definition and discovery for requests to include current state process maps, timelines, information models, and other assets to complement and accelerate the teams working to develop and deliver business solutions.
• Maintain key performance metrics to track performance and report out KPI scorecards.
• Provide regular updates to the Manufacturing Excellence Management team on the status of initiative, KPI’s, and projects.
