Job summary

New Belgium Brewing Company in Asheville seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Site Lead to drive performance improvement strategies at the site level. You will partner with production managers and sit on the site leadership team to advance lean initiatives and strategic supply chain programs.

Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement, developing KPI dashboards, coordinating cross-divisional efforts, and ensuring long-term standardization of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, CI, or ops management; brewing science preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven improvement capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Experience facilitating focused improvement problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute prioritized plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma.
• Implement internal processes to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
• Operationalize project outcomes for long-term standardization.
• Coordinate cross-division stakeholder engagement for enterprise initiatives.
• Define and discover requirements with process maps and timelines.
• Maintain KPI scorecards and report status to leadership.
• Provide regular updates to the Manufacturing Excellence team.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
