Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritize initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives at the brewery leveraging Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies.
• Implement internal processes to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately.
• Operationalize project outcomes for long-term results and standardization.
• Coordinate cross-division collaboration with stakeholders for enterprise initiatives.
• Define and gather current-state maps, timelines, information models, and assets to accelerate solutions.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and report progress to leadership.
