Job summary

RDE Capital Group LLC is seeking a Managing Director – Central Texas to lead the growth of our commercial real estate operations across Austin–San Antonio and the I-35 corridor. The role emphasizes relationship-building with owners and investors, deal generation, and strategic market development, with an entrepreneurial, remote-capable setup.

Ideal candidates will drive business development, leverage the company platform, and scale operations in Central Texas while building a local broker

Qualifications

• Texas Real Estate License required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and buyers throughout Central Texas
• Generate commercial listing opportunities
• Pursue investment sales, leasing, tenant representation, and buyer representation assignments
• Develop Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) and proposal opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with commercial property owners and investors
• Maintain an active prospecting pipeline through RDE's CRM
• Develop relationships with lenders, attorneys, CPAs, developers, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals
