The position reports to the Transactions team and is based in Texas with remote work in Dallas, Houston, or Austin. Salary range: $130,000–$165,000, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail real estate acquisitions and financial modeling.
• Strong negotiation and deal-doubling capabilities.
• Ability to analyze projections using IRR, ROI and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close acquisition opportunities sub-$20mm independently.
• Review projections and pricing analyses using Excel and Argus.
• Source off-market acquisitions via brokers and landlords.
• Draft and review LOIs and PSAs and related docs.
• Support corporate strategy and drive deal origination.
• Negotiate business terms of acquisitions and coordinate closing.
