RDE Capital Group LLC in Houston, TX seeks an entrepreneurial Managing Director to establish and grow our presence in the Greater Houston market. This role focuses on generating brokerage business, building relationships with owners and investors, and identifying property management opportunities.

The position is remote and commission-based, offering leadership opportunities to recruit and develop agents and to shape the Houston operation as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and buyers throughout Greater Houston
• Generate commercial listing opportunities
• Pursue investment sales, leasing, tenant representation, and buyer representation assignments
• Develop Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) and proposal opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with commercial property owners and investors
• Maintain an active prospecting pipeline through RDE's CRM
• Develop relationships with lenders, attorneys, CPAs, developers, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals
• Identify commercial and multifamily property management opportunities
• Introduce RDE's property management platform to prospective owners
• Assist with management proposals and owner presentations
• Develop relationships that can produce recurring management revenue for RDE
• Serve as a key representative of RDE Capital Group in Greater Houston
• Help establish RDE's brand and commercial real estate presence in the market
• Develop a database of Houston-area commercial property owners and investors
• Attend appropriate industry and networking events
• Identify strategic opportunities for RDE's continued expansion
• Recruiting additional commercial real estate agents
• Mentoring and developing new agents
• Helping manage the Houston brokerage operation
• Supporting the development of a local property management team
• Assisting RDE leadership with Houston market strategy
• Helping establish a future physical Houston office when production supports the investment
