Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience in the applicable function, preferably in managed care/insurance.
• Familiarity with computer-based training tools and LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning styles and evaluative methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop curricula and materials.
• Coordinate training efforts to meet demands.
• Oversee online interactive training from development to facilitation.
• Analyze ROI and provide recommendations to management.
• Identify cost savings while maintaining effective training programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to support business objectives.
• Oversee auditing of team results and implement program improvements.
• Determine contracting with outside vendors to meet training goals.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
