Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience within the applicable function.
• Familiarity with computer based training tools and other technology based training platforms.
• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methodologies.
• Experience measuring ROI of training expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify training needs and develop curriculums and aids.
• Coordinate training efforts to meet demands.
• Oversee online interactive training initiatives from development to facilitation.
• Analyze training effectiveness and ROI and provide reports.
• Identify cost savings while maintaining effective programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to support business objectives.
• Audit team results and implement improvements.
• Determine contracting with outside vendors when needed.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.
