Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Manager, Training to provide leadership and strategic oversight for Marketplace Member Services and Medicaid training teams. The role drives cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable learning experiences aligned with member and provider needs.

You will standardize training content, analyze ROI, manage vendor relationships, and ensure trainer readiness, with travel up to 10%. This remote role offers nationwide consideration and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience within the applicable function, preferably in a managed care/insurance environment.
• Familiarity with computer based training tools and other technology based training platforms.
• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify training needs and develop curriculums, materials and aids.
• Coordinate training efforts to meet training demands.
• Oversee online interactive training initiatives from development to facilitation.
• Analyze training effectiveness and ROI and provide reports to management.
• Identify cost savings while maintaining effective training programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to support key business objectives.
• Oversee auditing of team results and implement improvements.
• Determine appropriateness of contracting with outside vendors.
