Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare Form 10‑Qs and Form 10‑Ks in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Perform monthly and quarterly close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations.
• Conduct SOX compliance procedures and provide audit support.
