Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to support the preparation and filing of financial reports in line with U.S. GAAP.

You’ll work with external auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance, including ICFR and SOX controls. Responsibilities include drafting disclosures, supporting the annual and quarterly close, and continuing improvements to reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience, including direct involvement in financial reporting processes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and support the timely filing of multiple required financial reports.
• Assist in drafting financial statements, disclosures, and other lender reporting.
• Research and analyze technical accounting issues for complex transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare accounting memoranda and support implementation of new accounting standards affecting financial reporting and disclosures.
• Support external audit activities related to reporting and technical accounting, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor inquiries.
