Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Competitive Intelligence to perform research and analysis supporting corporate strategy initiatives. The role includes project management and presenting insights to senior leadership, with a remote-first setup across the U.S. and ET business hours.

The ideal candidate will lead intelligence efforts, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive profiles on key competitors and market topics, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, economics).
• Two (2) years or more management consulting or leading corporate strategy initiatives.
• Seven (7) years or more of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and key intelligence topics.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure actionable intelligence.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on competitors, suppliers, partners, and topics.
• Support intelligence distribution, including presentations to Leadership Team, webinars, and Board-level documents.
• Maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
