Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise caregivers, optimize workflow efficiency and uphold high-quality patient care. This role supports practice growth while fostering a positive work environment.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential to coordinate with physicians, staff and stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education may be considered in lieu of experience.
• 1 year of healthcare or supervisory experience, unless preferred education is met.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Education may be considered in lieu of experience.

Experience:

• 1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met
