Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Nursing Manager to supervise and coordinate administrative and clinical activities across assigned areas. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze data, set goals, and achieve unit KPIs, shaping a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
Master's degree in Nursing or Health Administration is preferred.
Current RN license in the state or a compact license is required.

Responsibilities
