Job summary

Avalon Healthcare Solutions seeks a Manager, Account Management Enablement to boost the effectiveness and scalability of the Account Management organization. You will improve client intelligence, portfolio visibility, and executive-ready reporting while coordinating cross-functional efforts.

This hands-on role partners with vice presidents and gathers information, prepares materials, and identifies risks or opportunities. Remote work is eligible with quarterly travel to Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Four or more years of healthcare account management, client services, or related experience.
• Experience with complex healthcare payer, health plan, benefits, or healthcare technology relationships.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and CRM/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Management leaders to understand client priorities, relationships, performance, risks, commitments, and milestones within a strategic portfolio.
• Prepare drafts of agendas, executive briefings, presentations, and materials for QBRs, governance meetings, renewals, escalations, and client interactions.
• Maintain consistent client-health reporting cadence and summarize portfolio findings for leadership.
• Prepare recurring client reporting, dashboards, portfolio summaries, renewal-readiness assessments, and leadership briefings.
• Gather, reconcile, and validate information from multiple internal systems, reporting tools, and subject-matter experts.
• Coordinate internal contributors supporting client commitments, recurring issues, priorities, and portfolio initiatives.
• Track commitments through completion and elevate barriers when timelines are at risk.
• Maintain Salesforce and other account-management tools to keep client data current.
• Develop processes, playbooks, and checklists for QBR prep, renewal readiness, and portfolio reviews.
