Job summary

EEC Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst for HQ USARCENT to provide analytical and program management support, tracking logistics programs, resources, and performance metrics. The role focuses on turning operational data into decision-ready products for leadership.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, preparing executive briefings, and supporting reviews and tasking as part of G4 program oversight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; four additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Minimum four years of program or management analysis experience in a DoD staff environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical and program management support to USARCENT G4, tracking logistics programs, resources, and performance metrics.
Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and metrics products for G4 oversight.
Prepare staff packets, information papers, and executive briefings for G4 and command leadership.
Support program reviews, boards, and working groups; capture and track resulting actions.
