Job summary

EEC Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst for HQ USARCENT to provide analytical and program management support, tracking logistics programs, resources, and performance metrics. The role focuses on turning operational data into decision-ready products for leadership.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, preparing executive briefings, and supporting reviews and tasking as part of G4 program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum four years of program or management analysis experience in a DoD staff environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and program management support to USARCENT G4, tracking logistics programs, resources, and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and metrics products for G4 oversight.
• Prepare staff packets, information papers, and executive briefings for G4 and command leadership.
• Support program reviews, boards, and working groups; capture and track resulting actions.
