Job summary

Greenbrook is seeking a Managed Care Manager to advance our payer strategy and support growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Operations, Finance, and Legal to optimize provider access and reimbursement while maintaining strong payer relationships.

The role emphasizes contract negotiations, reimbursement analysis, credentialing, and payer operations, with opportunities to influence strategic payer initiatives and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in managed care, payer contracting, reimbursement, or payer operations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial payers, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCOs, and TPAs.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing fee schedules and reimbursement arrangements.
• Familiarity with EDI processes, ERA/EFT enrollments, and payer workflows.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contracting activities: new agreements, renewals, LOAs, SCAs, and contract maintenance.
• Negotiate reimbursement rates and evaluate fee schedules and payer policies.
• Maintain records of agreements, participation requirements, and payer communications.
• Support provider enrollment, credentialing, and roster management.
• Manage EDI and payer operations: claims, eligibility, ERA, EFT, and clearinghouse enrollments.
• Collaborate on system implementations and payer-related initiatives.
