Job summary

Greenbrook, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, seeks a Managed Care Manager to drive payer contracting, enrollment, and reimbursement initiatives. You will partner with Revenue Cycle, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure provider access and optimal reimbursement outcomes across networks.

The role involves contract negotiations, network management, EDI operations, and collaboration on payer strategy and regulatory changes to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive managed care or payer operations experience.
• Knowledge of commercial payers, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCOs, and TPAs.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing fee schedules.
• Familiarity with EDI processes, ERA/EFT enrollments, and payer workflows.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contracting activities and manage contract lifecycles.
• Negotiate reimbursement rates and evaluate fee schedules and policies.
• Support credentialing/enrollment activities and payer operations.
• Collaborate on system implementations and payer-related strategic projects.
