Unlock Health seeks a strategic thinker to lead high-impact client engagements in managed care, analytics, and communications. You will turn complex data into actionable strategies, manage multiple clients, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups.

The role combines strategy, analytics, and relationship management, with opportunities to influence negotiations, market insights, and communications across healthcare payer

Competenze

• Equivalent of 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting or managed care.
• Proven success leading managed care or reimbursement strategy projects such as benchmarking or contract modeling.
• Strong understanding of managed care models and provider reimbursement methodologies.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
