Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Manager - Managed Care to implement Mercy's managed care strategy and build payer relationships. You will coordinate commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care contracts and payer relations activities, communicating programs and services to internal and external stakeholders.

The role is remote, but candidates must reside in Arkansas (preferably the River Valley or Northwest Arkansas region) and bring 3–5 years in Managed Care, with contracting experience preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managed care required.
• Contracting experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle is a plus and may be trainable.

Responsibilities

• Implement Mercy's managed care strategy and develop payer relationships.
